I want to read the Bible and I try but I don't understand what I'm reading. It's confusing and I get frustrated. Then I feel something must be wrong with me.
I have a lot of questions about Christianity. Some of it doesn't make sense. I don't want to "walk away from my faith", but I have so many unanswered questions. Is it okay to doubt?
I want to study the Bible but I don't know how. I want to dig deep into God's word but I need someone to show me how to study the Bible.
When I study the Bible, I start well but then fizzle out. I do better with encouragement and accountability. I'm looking for a place to feel connected and not judged.

My mission is to bring women from all walks of life,
no matter what they believe, to God's Word for the
answers their soul is longing to hear.
I created She Needs Hope to bring the living power of God's Word to women no matter what they believe or where they are in their life journey.

Do you lead a busy life? My guess is you said "YES!" No matter what stage of life you are in, most women stay busy. Sometimes you have more free time, and other times you're swamped. It's important to have options that suit your specific stage of life, or else you'll end up feeling frustrated, discouraged, or even guilty.
One-size-fits-all solutions just won't cut it. That's why we offer an Å la carte buffet of options. Whether you prefer quick devotionals, challenges, self-paced resources, or group Bible studies, you can be successful and excited in growing in your walk with the Lord.
Each membership includes an engaging unique community experience where you'll enjoy thoughtful prompts and uplifting posts as you experience a community of women who share your passion for learning.

The Intimate Moments with God Membership is a space for women who appreciate the fact that each of us are in different stages of life. This membership gives you the freedom to select from quick devotionals (in print form or audio), short Bible studies or journals that focus on a Bible verse.
Every month are new selections to choose from. Simply take a look and download what speaks to you then start whenever you're ready. And yes, you can download all of them if you wish. Join us in this journey and enjoy intimate moments with God no matter what stage of life you're in.

Are you longing to be part of a Bible Study? The Live (virtual) Group Bible Study Membership is tailor-made for women who want to dig deep into the Word of God in a supportive community. Together virtually, we'll dive into verses, chapters, and entire books of the Bible, fostering deep spiritual connections.
The duration of each Bible Study varies, ranging from one month to three months, depending on our focus. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why every live session is recorded for your convenience. Join us as we grow in the Lord by enjoying His love letter to us.

Nope! You do not have to believe to join. We would love to have you study the Bible with us. All we ask is that you come to learn and be kind to others. If it ends up not being a good fit for you, you can cancel your membership at any time.

There are many great translations available today. Click here for more information about Bible versions. My preferred versions are King James Version [KJV], International Standard Version [ISV], and the Christian Standard Bible [CSB].
The ISV and CSB are the more modern-language translations that stay true to the literal Hebrew and Greek text as possible.
The ISV has been stated as, "“Contemporary.” “Accurate.” “Distinct.” Scholars are already calling the International Standard Version (ISV 2.0) “the King James Bible for our time.”
Because the ISV is so large, it currently is only available electronically (online and eReaders), therefore I have added CSB version as many people regularly use this translation. I use the website Biblegateway to use read the ISV translation.
I place the abbreviation of each scripture used for ease of use for easy reference.
